The Boyce Camp at Pressey Village, Deer Isle, Maine

When our grandfather Boyce built “the camp” on the shore of our old family land in Pressey Village, we wonder if he had any idea that it’s rustic charm and beautiful location would instill fond memories in generations to follow. Somewhat less rustic today, with the addition of many modern amenities, The Camp is nestled among other family camps in a forest setting. The ever-changing tide laps the beach at the foot of the banking, just feet from the front deck.

Fully furnished, The Camp offers a downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and two upstairs bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one with a full bed. The kitchen flows into a larger living room area with cozy seating for several looking out into Northwest Harbor.

The living room’s wood stove is backed up by a monitor heater for cooler weather. The small bathroom includes a stand up shower, sink and flush.

Washer/dryer facilities are available in outer building. There is a telephone with calling card long distance.

The Camp is located within walking distance of Deer Isle Village.

A deposit of $100.00 is needed to hold reservations. Two weeks cancellation notice is needed for return deposit.
