- Maine State Tax on Lodging - 7%.
- $5.00 a night for each additional person.
- Rooms 3 & 4 may be made into (1) King bed for a $10.00 charge.
- Room 9 has a three-night minimum stay Memorial Day through Columbus Day
- Two-night minimum stay on July 2
- 7th night free on all weekly stays.
- Pets are accepted in rooms 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 with restrictions and a $10.00 fee per stay.
- Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival.
