- $10.00 a night for each additional person
- Pets are accepted in rooms 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 with restrictions and a $15.00 fee per stay. Pets are never to be left unattended.
- Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise guests are responsible for all unrented nights. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Guests staying 8 or more nights must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. Otherwise guests are responsible for all unrented nights.
